When you gather, spend time in quiet meditation — silently considering and confessing sin.
Have someone read 1 Corinthians 11:23–24: Jesus took bread, gave thanks, broke it, and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
Pass out the bread set aside for your group, and eat.
Continue with 1 Corinthians 11:25: “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
Share the juice or wine set aside for your group, and drink.
Read 1 Corinthians 11:26: “For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.” Celebrate with prayer or singing. You have shared in the Lord’s Supper — you are His, and He is yours.
Keep it simple. Any gathering of Jesus’ followers can remember Him this way.
